Mindfulness is the practice of bringing awareness to the present moment. By focusing on being rather than doing, we learn to observe our emotions, sensations, thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours with equanimity. This therapeutic tool can reduce stress, increase wellbeing, improve attention, provide clarity, and cultivate improved emotional regulation and cognitive flexibility. It can be helpful as on its own or as part of a comprehensive health plan.
We provide individual and group mindfulness-based education, classes, and workshops.
